We understand that your possessions are not merely objects but are a part of who you are. From the smallest of ornaments to the grandest of pianos, from your child’s favourite toy to your most prized pieces, you are assured that your goods will be packed with the care and protection they deserve.
All of your items are packed into marked boxes that detail their contents, destination and intended room. We also offer bespoke, wooden crates if you are looking to move large or valuable items such as sizeable pictures or fine art or for any fragile items.
Remember to check that everything that you want to include in the shipment has been packed. We will create an inventory during the packing process. The inventory will contain brief details of the contents of each carton as well as the wrapped furniture. You will be asked to sign a package receipt once packing has been done. Also a copy of packing list will be send to you once done. Remember to keep a copy of this important document!
Also a copy of the inventory will be forwarded to our partner office at your destination to arrange customs clearance and delivery.

After packing and loading is completed for international moving, you will be sent shipping details that confirm your vessel or flight number, the estimated time of arrival at port or airport and the name of contact at your destination who will clear your items through customs and arrange delivery.

As soon as your shipment arrives, Custom clearance and paper done done, we will unpack and unwrap all of your items onto flat surfaces to make it as easy as possible for you to put away. Our team can also reassemble any furniture dismantled during the initial pack so you can settle in to your new home without delay. We will also remove any packing debris on the same day.
